If you have ever daydreamed about shrinking yourself down and sitting inside a Mario Kart race, Dash Dash World is currently the closest you will get to living that fantasy.
It is a feature-rich, polished arcade racer that nails the most important thing: Chaos. Unlike flat-screen racers where you press a button to throw a bomb, here you physically reach into your passenger seat, grab a grenade, and chuck it at the driver trying to overtake you.
While the art style is cartoonish and the online lobbies can sometimes be quiet during off-peak hours, the sheer amount of content (100+ hours of unlocks) and the cross-platform multiplayer make it a must-buy for Quest 3 and PC VR owners looking for arcade fun.

The Driving Experience: Arcade Perfection
Do not come here looking for tire simulation or brake temperatures. Dash Dash World is pure arcade drifting. The physics are floaty, forgiving, and designed to keep you moving forward at high speeds.
The drifting mechanic is satisfyingly simple: steer hard into a corner, and your tires light up. The longer you hold the drift, the bigger the nitro boost you get on the exit. It feels fantastic in VR, especially when you link multiple drifts together on the more complex tracks.
Steering Options: The game offers a “Virtual Steering” mode where you grab the invisible wheel with your motion controllers. Surprisingly, this works incredibly well and is far more immersive than using a thumbstick. However, for the competitive racers reading this, Dash Dash World supports physical Force Feedback wheels (Logitech/Thrustmaster). Playing this with a real wheel and pedals turns it from a “fun game” into a “VR attraction.”
